The Nob Hill Theater History Project.

729 Bush Street — Former Home of The Nob Hill Theater (1968 - 2018) — is being developed into housing and medical and surgical space.

The SF Planning Department has designated the theater a Historical Resource.

The developers are working with the city to recognize and preserve this piece of queer history.

We’re calling these efforts

“The Nob Hill Theater History Project.”

to share plans and gather feedback.
